American Cancer Society Offers Unique Wedding Favors Program

The American Cancer Society’s Wedding Favors program offers couples a unique way to honor guests with beautiful scrolls or acknowledgement cards indicating that a donation has been made in place of traditional wedding favors. BikeMaine-- a 7-Day cycling event is the first in New England

BikeMaine, a seven-day, 400 mile rolling celebration of Maine will run September 7 through 14.

In celebration of 25 years, you don't want to miss this year's EAST vs. WEST basketball action on Saturday, March 9 at Newman Gymnasium at Husson University in Bangor.

High school all-stars from across the state come together to put on a amazing show for you, complete with slam-dunk and foul shooting contests.

Your ticket is good for all Four action packed games.  Enjoy all the games with your friends, family and teammates!

Springvale Public Library invites you to help celebrate the 2nd annual “Take your child to the Library!” Day on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013. 

Come join us any time between 9-1 pm in the children’s room at Springvale Library for a fun day of activities.  Listen to Bev Brent read stories from 10 – 12 pm and try your hand at making a 3-D giraffe bookmark. 

Take some time to browse the new books, get a library membership or sign up for the Winter Reading Program.
